And Here's ... Wonder Woman!

[reposted from Entertainment Weekly via Comics Alliance]
Overseen by Executive Producer David E. Kelley, Wonder Woman's new outfit retains much more of its classic iconography than many suspected. Indeed, the costume worn by Palicki resembles the classic "swimsuit"-style costume seen in decades of comic books and in the previous Wonder Woman television series starring Lynda Carter than it does the recent redesign by DC Comics Co-Publisher Jim Lee. Most impressively, the costume conveys a sense of majesty or drama that is inherent to the princess of Themyscira, although perhaps some of the nightclubby details leave something to be desired.

Hulk Heading for the Small Screen?

According to the Hollywood Reporter Hulk and Cloak & Dagger (!) are being developed as TV series. Looks like the comic adaptation frenzy is infecting TV too. Check out the Hollywood Reporter for a list of all the properties being developed.
Hulk is one of two projects that are priorities at Marvel Television, Marvel Studio’s TV division, which has been operating under the radar since Jeph Loeb took the reins at the end of June. The second hot property is Cloak and Dagger, which is being developed as a possible show for ABC Family.
Both are in the early stages of development; Hulk has a “showrunner wanted” placard around its neck, meanwhile, Loeb is meeting with writers to hear ideas for Cloak and Dagger.

Generation X TV Movie

Shared my hazy recollections of this with one of our awesome customers today (I forget this stuff may be before a lot of people's time) and thought I'd post it here in case you guys hadn't heard of this. It's the Generation X made-for-TV movie that aired on Fox in the mid-90s. It's terrible. But an interesting artifact from the days before comic adaptations were good. (Mike)
